AZP Holdings is an independent business and corporate consultancy. We advise founders, executives, and investors on the structural and strategic decisions that shape how companies are built, run, and grown.
We deliberately keep our client list focused, which means genuine senior attention, honest advice, and discretion. Where a matter requires regulated corporate work, we introduce you to established CSPs licensed in Cyprus, Malta or internationally, who carry it out under their own authorisation. Our value is the advice and the right introduction, not performing licensed work ourselves.
Our role
AZP Holdings is not a licensed corporate service provider (CSP). We do not carry out regulated corporate, fiduciary, trust or administration services ourselves, and we do not hold ourselves out as doing so.
What we do is advise, and introduce. When your matter needs regulated work, we connect you with established CSPs that are licensed in Cyprus, Malta or the relevant jurisdiction. Those partners are engaged directly and deliver the regulated services under their own licence and responsibility.
